Allergen & Ingredient Information

Are all GoodPop products suitable for people with nut allergies?

There are no peanuts in our pops, and the only tree nut ingredient in our products is coconut. Orange N’ Cream, Cookies N’ Cream, Chocolate Fudge, Coconut Lime, Strawberry Shortcake, Coldbrew Latte and Push Pop flavors contain coconut as an ingredient.

Please note that all traditional frozen GoodPop products are produced in a facility that also processes products with peanuts and all types of tree nuts (coconut, pecan, walnut). Find more details about the precautions we take on Question 5 below.

Our Organic Freezer Pops are produced in an entirely different facility that is dedicated peanut and tree nut free.

Are all GoodPop products dairy free?

Yes, all GoodPop products are dairy free, and any new flavors released will be dairy free as well.

Please note that all traditional frozen GoodPop products are produced in a facility that also processes products with dairy. Find more details about the precautions we take on Question 5 below.

Are all GoodPop Products gluten free? Even Cookies N’ Cream and Strawberry Shortcake?

All of our products are gluten-free and utilize gluten-free ingredients, including both Cookies N’ Cream and Strawberry Shortcake! We invented our own gluten free cookie and shortcake to make this possible.

Please note, while all products are labeled gluten free and are compliant with the FDA’s gluten free definition and regulation, all traditional frozen GoodPop products are produced in a facility that also processes products with gluten. Find more details about the precautions we take on Question 5 below.

Do any of your flavors contain soy?

All of our products are soy free and utilize soy free ingredients, with the exception of our Cookies N’ Cream (as the cookie used contains soy).

What steps does your facility take to avoid cross-contamination?

All our traditional frozen stick products are produced in a facility that also processes products with milk, egg, soy, wheat, peanuts and all types of tree nuts (coconut, pecan, walnut). All our facilities adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) set forth by the FDA and have strict validated practices and procedures in place for cleaning, sanitizing, and allergen cross contamination.

Our manufacturing facilities are audited to the highest food safety and quality standards that are recognized internationally as a gold standard (GFSI). All ingredient statements and allergen claims are accurate as stated on the finished product packaging. Because of the precautionary practices in place GoodPops does not conduct finished product allergen testing on their products.

What are the “natural flavors” in the Organic Freezer Pops?

Our Organic Freezer Pops contain natural flavors derived from organic fruits and vegetable concentrate, specifically carrot concentrate, apple concentrate, blackcurrant concentrate and lemon. Natural flavors do not contain any added sugars and are vegan.

What are the “natural flavors” in the Red, White and Blue Pops?

Our Red, White & Blue pops contain natural flavors derived from lemon and cherry. They are created from the oils of the fruit and fruit peels along with the vapor extracted from the fruit. Natural flavors do not contain any added sugars and are vegan.

What are the “natural flavors” in Cookies N’ Cream?

Our Cookies N’ Cream pops contain natural flavors derived from 50+ organic compounds and essential oils. They are all from different plant sources, but nothing is derived from corn, peas or sesame. Natural flavors are vegan.

Are all GoodPop products Kosher?

Yes, all GoodPop flavors are OU Kosher certified. You can find the Kosher certification stamped at the bottom right corner of our boxes.

Are there any options that contain no added sugar?

Yes, our Organic Freezer Pops and Red, White and Blue Pops have no added sugar. The sugar content in these products come naturally from the fruit juices used in their ingredients.

For all other flavors, sugar content comes naturally from fruits used in their ingredients plus organic cane sugar or organic agave nectar.

Are there any options that are Paleo Friendly?

Yes, our Chocolate Fudge and Coldbrew Latte are lightly sweetened with coconut sugar and are paleo friendly.

Are there any options that are Top-8 Allergen Free?

Yes, our Organic Freezer Pops are top-8 allergen free, and are made in a dedicated top 8 allergen-free facility. The allergens that these pops are free of are: milk, eggs, peanuts, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, soy, and wheat. They are also completely free of sesame.

Are your pops pasteurized?

All of our flavors use pasteurized ingredients except Strawberry, Strawberry Lemonade and Watermelon Agave.

Although the strawberries and watermelons used in these flavors are not pasteurized, they are handled, produced, and processed in SQF certified facilities for the highest level of food safety. These fruits are cleaned and tested for pathogens prior to any manufacturing according to our SQF program. Additionally, our produce suppliers are vetted and audited for Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) and Good Handling Practices (GHPs).

Please discuss this information with your physician as every pregnancy is different for each individual.

Is it normal to find watermelon seeds in my Watermelon Agave pop?

Yes, because we use real whole watermelons, it is common that some pops will contain watermelon seeds. Each pop is different depending on the watermelon used.

Are twin pops considered one pop or two?

Twin pops are considered one pop. Breaking in half would turn the pop into half a pop.

Have you discontinued any flavors? Will they return?

Yes, we transitioned to a dairy free brand in 2020! With that change, we said goodbye to our dairy flavors: Coldbrew Coffee, Chocolate Milk, and Banana Cinnamon.

While these flavors will not be coming back, there are dairy free versions of them available now! Check out our Coldbrew Latte and Chocolate Fudge pops, and if you enjoyed Banana Cinnamon, we invite you to try our Strawberry Shortcake!

Online Shop

Why is shipping $15?

We offer flat rate shipping for all our bundles to minimize the cost of shipping to you. Each bundle ships flat rate ground for $15. For example, 1 item bundle ships for $15, 2 item bundles ship for $30, etc.

I have a question that isn’t listed here, who do I reach out to?

Because we’re a small team, currently all questions are handled via email instead of over the phone. For questions regarding our online Shop, please reach out to shop@goodpops.com. For all other general questions, please reach out to thegoodteam@goodpops.com.

I’d like to make a return, how do I do so?

Please do not attempt to send frozen items back to us. If we made a mistake, we’ll be happy to correct it. Please feel free to reach out to shop@goodpops.com with any questions or concerns!

When will I receive my pops?

Orders can take up to 3 business days to process before shipping. Once an order is shipped we’ll send you a shipment notification with your FedEx tracking number.

If I want pops to arrive on a specific day, when should I place my order?

Frozen shipments cannot be in transit over the weekend, so the destination and day that your order is placed can affect when your order will arrive.

We ship Monday through Thursday, however, if you place your order on a Tuesday and the transit time to ship your order requires your order to sit in a shipping company’s warehouse over the weekend, it will be held until the following Monday. Consecutive shipping days are Monday-Saturday for residential addresses and Monday-Friday for commercial addresses.

Where can pops ship?

We ship to all 48 continental United States – sorry Alaska and Hawaii!

Due to the time sensitive nature of shipping our product frozen we can only ship to homes or businesses; we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

How do you ship frozen pops? Won’t they melt?

We ship your 8 pack bundle to your home or workplace via FedEx. We pack your order in a cooler with enough dry ice to ensure your purchase arrives frozen within the designated shipping time frame.

Please be aware that dry ice is very cold (-109.3°F), and can be dangerous if not handled correctly. We include specific instructions to provide for safe handling and disposal of any dry ice that may remain in your cooler upon arrival. Please do not handle dry ice with bare hands.

Why is the shipping rate the same for frozen pops and Organic Freezer Pops?

While our Freezer Pops are not shipping frozen they do weigh considerably more than our frozen flavors and it’s the weight of the package that the flat rate shipping price is based on. Whether you’re ordering from New York to LA we care that everyone is offered the same price.

We understand if you decided not to purchase through our site. You can also find our Freezer Pops in most Whole Foods or on Amazon.

Why do Organic Freezer Pops and frozen pops ship separately?

Because Organic Freezer Pops are shelf-stable, they are stored and shipped from a separate facility and are shipped to customers dry (not frozen). When you’re ready – just shake, freeze and enjoy!

Where is GoodPop available?

GoodPop products are available at select natural grocery retailers around the country! Check out our store locator and type in your zip code to find a store near you.

We’re also available on the following online platforms: Amazon, Fresh Direct, goPuff, Good Eggs, Instacart, Shipt and Thrive.

A flavor isn’t available near me, how can I change this?

Fill out our Product Request Form to let us know what flavor you’d want near you, or print out this form and request a flavor via your local grocery manager! While we work with grocery managers often, sometimes the most efficient way to get us on shelf is via direct customer requests.

I’m a retailer and would like to carry GoodPop in my store, how do I do this?

Thanks for your interest! We currently wholesale only via grocery distributors such as UNFI or KEHE. If you don’t already have one, we ask you to please look into setting up an account with them and they will provide pricing.

Are your Organic Freezer Pop tubes BPA free?

Yes, the film on our Organic Freezer Pops is BPA free.

Why do you use plastic sticks for your Push Pops?

Plastic sticks work best at pushing out our Push Pops, but we’re currently looking into a more sustainable option.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Our cardboard packaging and boxes are recyclable and our wood sticks are biodegradable. The plastic wrapping is not recyclable, but there are designated drop-off locations in your city that recycle plastic film, bags and wrapping. We are continually working on additional sustainability initiatives!
