Cookies n’ Scream Loaded Halloween Pops

1 cup white chocolate baking wafers/chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
4 Cookies n’ Cream GoodPops
Food coloring (color of choice: green, purple, orange)

Halloween sprinkles of choice
Halloween candy eyes


  1. Place white chocolate wafers/chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe mug (something tall and thinner so that you can dip the whole pop in; otherwise a bowl is fine and spoon the melted chocolate over). Microwave in 30-second intervals until white chocolate is melted completely.
  2. Add a few drops of food coloring into the white chocolate (more or less depending how prominent a color you want) and stir together to completely mix color in.
  3. Gently dip each Cookies n’ Cream pop into the melted white chocolate and then place directly onto a baking sheet or tray.
  4. Add Halloween sprinkles and eyes to cover one side of the pop. Complete all pops.
  5. Place in freezer to solidify the chocolate–about 15-20 minutes at least.
  6. Once ready to eat, remove tray from freezer and enjoy!
