2 GoodPop Chocolate Fudge pops
10 fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp coconut cream (chilled overnight, liquid drained)
1. Remove the Chocolate Fudge pops from the sticks.
2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
3. Scoop and serve immediately for soft serve texture, or freeze for 30-60 minutes until thick for ice cream texture.
4. Garnish with fresh mint leaf!
