6-8 cups watermelon (about a medium sized watermelon)
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup canned coconut milk
Watermelon Agave GoodPop
1. Start by cutting up your watermelon into small cubes. Line the watermelon cubes on a tray and freeze them for a few hours, until they are completely frozen.
2. After your watermelon cubes have frozen, add them to a blender. Also add the lime juice, sugar, and coconut milk. Blend everything until it is smooth.
3. Transfer the watermelon sorbet into a pan, then freeze it one more time. It’s best if you leave it to freeze overnight, approximately 4-5 hours.
4. Once the watermelon sorbet is frozen, add to a bowl & top with Watermelon Agave GoodPop and fresh strawberries.
