SHIPPING
We only ship to the 48 continental US states (sorry Hawaii and Alaska ☹ ). We ship Monday and Tuesday using FedEx or UPS but our ice cream shipments can not be in transit over the weekend so we are unable to deliver on Sunday, Monday or a FedEx holiday. See table below for details on when your package will arrive.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
We pack ice cream in a cooler within a shipping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. It is best to open the package immediately upon arrival and to put ice cream in the freezer. Use gloves when handling dry ice. Fun Fact: the temperature inside that box is about negative 110 degrees F which is colder than your freezer by 100 degrees.
NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED
FedEx is authorized to leave all packages at the destination without signature which will ensure that your ice cream will not melt due to multiple delivery attempts. If your package is a gift please check that the recipient will be in town on the day it will arrive.
TRACKING
When the shipping label is created you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment using your tracking number on www.fedex.com/track
FINE PRINT AND RETURNS/REFUNDS
GoodPop cannot be responsible for damage or loss of gifts due to unavailable recipient or incorrect address information, or theft. We are not able to change the address or cancel an order once the package has shipped. Please ensure your recipient will be in town on the arrival day. Due to the nature of ice cream, items can not be returned or refunded.
STANDARD SHIPPING
All packages take about 3 days in transit. Order by Noon CST Monday or Tuesday and your package will arrive on or before Saturday of that week. See the table below for a handy reference on when your pops will get to you. Orders received with longer transit locations than shipping days left in the week will be held for shipment the following Monday.
OUR GUARANTEE
To guarantee delivery we must have the complete and correct address. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O or F.P.O addresses due the highly perishable nature of ice cream.
GIFTS AND RECEIPTS
All orders include a packing slip with no pricing information. Please ensure your recipient will be in town on the arrival day.
